My loan from Chase was bought by Bayview – I have been attempting to modify a loan since July. I have sent the same information into Cynthia ** many times and she continually loses it or can’t find so I then resend with the same results. I too never receive callbacks or the requested please tell me items have been received. I question the quality of employees there.
