I’ve called their Customer Service four times and the service gets worse each time I call. Today, I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent hung up on me. I work in customer service. The branch in Sacramento was asking for documents that had been sent July 8 and 9 2017 and they were now asking for the same documents again. Very incompetent branch manager. My realtor suggested I apply with this company as they supposedly do work with Home At Last. I took the course, got my Certificate, submitted scads of paperwork all online. That was October 10th. I heard NOTHING from them… However, they did contact my Realtor and said they weren’t able to help me because I was looking at Manufactured Homes. TEN DAYS LATER they ran a hard credit inquiry on me!
