They can be very difficult to work with and making matters worse is their rude agents on the phone. Caliber lost the payment of about $1700. We have furnished two proofs that it went through our bank on 10/31/17. Caliber refuses to credit our escrow account and adjust our payment until it finds the missing money. They lost it – it shouldn’t be our problem. I have been dealing with them for weeks about it. I consider this a shady business since they lost our money and it’s our problem. It isn’t being resolved in a timely manner. Don’t trust this company. Whatever happens to your funds, you may not see them again. I am going to find out what government agency I can contact regarding their withholding of our money. Never trust Caliber. Most of the phone agents are unhelpful also

 Incompetent, slow, repetitious, lost all our personal information, in an electronic data age, after starting a loan 7 months in advance of needing to close. Management, unresponsive and inaccessible to help with problems created by Caliber. Save yourself time and money, not to mention the anger that is created with having any kind of relationship with this so called #2 business in mortgages. They’re # 2 alright, if you catch my drift. My wife and I have excellent credit, so that’s not the issue. It is my experience that this company has a high turn over rate. That speaks volumes in itself. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. If I could give them a zero… it would be a -0.

One of the worst company to work with. I bought 3 houses in Texas with loans given by 3 different bank and by far CALIBER was the worst of all. Since three months, they have been going round and round and asking us for more and more documents. We provided all the documents to the first loan officer who quit after working with us for 2 months and now the new loan officer is the same. Asking us same documents what first loan officers asked, so basically our whole time was wasted. Don’t you guys have computer/database to store the documents. Why can’t you people have list of documents to ask for.? Why every time you need to ask new documents again and again and from past 3 months. Totally RIDICULOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL. Worst communications. I will make sure to voice my opinion in all the reviews and BBB. Don’t want to give loan, that is just fine, don’t harass people making them wait endlessly.
