Gateway is trying to tell me how and when to make my payments; it’s now policy that it’s FREE to pay online when recurring payment is set-up, but now if you want to pay from your checking account when you want, you have to pay a service charge. I didn’t get a chance to choose Gateway Mortgage Group because the loan was sold. I don’t want them to make any more money off of me if they are going to treat us like **.
