“We are so incredibly thankful for ACG and Jorge Vega in particular. After looking into trying to settle our second mortgage, we were overwhelmed with the process and what it would take. We did some research and found a company that would settle on our behalf but for HUGE fees up front and afterward. We were disheartened and almost gave up before finding ACG. From the first contact with Jorge, we felt like we had someone on our side who was ethical, honest and knew how to best attack our situation. Our second mortgage company has a reputation for being VERY difficult to work with on settlements, and we had very little hope of being able to get anywhere with them, but Jorge was able to negotiate very effectively on our behalf and we were able to reach a settlement of about 13% of what we owed. Considering I had seen other settlements out there between 15-20%, I was grateful to have secured a settlement at that amount. All the way through the process, Jorge was attentive and extremely helpful to us, always ready to answer questions and explain everything to us at every turn. Considering the way they do business, it was a no risk endeavor for us from a financial perspective if he had been unable to secure a settlement (or if we didn’t want to take it). You just don’t find companies very often anymore who TRULY are looking out for their clients (and even potential clients) and don’t try to take advantage of them. “Thank you” is just not enough to convey our gratitude for Jorge and ACG. I would recommend them to anyone!”
