They can be very difficult to work with and making matters worse is their rude agents on the phone. When dealing with a Loan Servicing where the people on the phone make you feel like they don’t care getting a straight story can be difficult with your RoundPoint Mortgage.

Not happy with with this servicer at all. They dropped the ball with some of my paperwork (no apologies from anyone) and their site is often inaccessible. Trying to reach a customer service rep has been impossible. Customer service is not a priority….either is getting paid evidently.

We flooded and roundpoint did everything they could to hang onto our insurance money after 3 months of runaround on the phone finally contacted the state mortgage and loan department to get it resolved. One of the worst experiences in my life have never felt so manipulated, abused and lied to. Never ever once followed through on what they say the would do be it sending checks or calling me back. Truly the worst customer experience of my life.

The absolute worst!! They claim they are there to help, no they are not. I have been trying to work on an assistance application with them for months. Every time I call I get someone different who has a different answer, and it’s always wrong! I even sent to them copies of emails that they sent to me very important information that I was going by, it was ignored. Return phone calls are ignored, return e-mails are ignored, etc. They have delayed this application for months because of their incompetence, now it may be too late for us to save our house. We have worked in good faith, sent everything requested. On 1/31/18 I was told they had received the last piece of documentation, but should call back the next day to see if there was anything else. I did that and was told that the signatures on 2 documents had expired, that very day!!! Sounds pretty fishy, perhaps illegal? They are sabotaging this application making it IMPOSSIBLE to be successful. Wish I could give them a minus rat
